Our Methodology

We believe in the champion within. The champion who sets a goal, puts in the hard work and dedicates themself. The champion who understands that a podium finish is not the only definition of victory.

We believe that the road to success begins with fostering a strong partnership between coach and athlete. From your first consultation all the way through to race day, your coach will be at your side to ensure you have a training plan that will yield success. We treat each athlete as an individual, and understand that each person brings unique talents and challenges to the table. For this reason, we don’t offer a transactional, off the shelf solution for coaching.

Like any successful partnership, the foundation is built on communication and accountability.

WHAT WE BRING TO THE TABLE

Experience

There is no better preparation than real world experience. We are not only dedicated athletes ourselves, we bring 17 years of experience coaching athletes at all skill levels, and 15 years of experience competing on the world stage.

Science

With a degree in exercise physiology, Kim brings expertise in mechanics, movement patterns, and the body’s response to physical activity. Combined with the information provided by smart training devices, we are better able to asses your performance and adapt accordingly, in real time.

Inspiration

There is great power in possibility. We have seen first hand what can be achieved through dedication and hard work, and we will be right at your side providing focus and guidance throughout your journey.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

Passion

You are focused and driven, but most of all you have an innate love for the sport. You may know the rewards of crossing the finish line, but it’s the day to day training you live for.

Trust

You understand that your coach has your back. They are experts in prescribing routines that take the long view towards reaching your ultimate goal. Sometimes this means more mileage, and other times this means more rest.

Discipline

Time management will be a key component in reaching your race goals. You must be consistent, progressive, and goal oriented in your training.
